Flatpay, based in the Copenhagen area, sells payment terminals and point-of-sale systems with the same rate for every card type, no monthly fee and daily payouts, installed on site by its own sales staff. It is active in Denmark, Germany, Finland and several other European markets, and its site claims more than 125,000 merchants. Dawn Capital led its Series B in April 2024.
